Bachelor of Technology in Cloud Computing and Virtualisation Technology is an undergraduate 4 years course. Cloud Computing is very much a work in great demand at this point in time and so while the course comprehensively covers the basic technologies involved, the history of the cloud and its roots in Service Oriented Architecture and Utility Computing, the course focuses on the importance of cloud phenomenon and visualization technologies associated with the process, services which are useful in the simple cloud services.

B.Tech Engineering - Cloud Computing and Virtualization Technology program of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies includes several practical credits that provide hands-on capabilities on the various aspects of the cloud.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to pursue a degree in B.Tech Cloud Computing and Virtualisation Technology must have a minimum of 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th). Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th).

Certain colleges give admission on a merit basis also, after considering the CGPA or Percentage obtained in graduation. JEE, UPESEAT, VITEEE, KCET, HITSEEE, and more are conducted for admission in the Bachelor's programs of top colleges in India. The performance of the candidates in the entrance test will be considered for admission.
